How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–6 working days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order number and email, or open the order in My account.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible — we can update it until the order is packed.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
Write your return policy here (for example: unused pieces in original packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery).
How do I request an exchange?
Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will guide you through it.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the return.

What materials do you use?
Each product page lists the material and finish under "Material & size".
How should I store my pieces?
Keep each piece in its pouch, away from moisture. Put jewellery on after perfume and lotions.
Payments & gifting
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes — write your message in the "Order notes / gift message" box at checkout and we will handwrite it on a card.
